        • No Guarantees: While we utilize industry best practices in marketing and AI, we do not guarantee specific business results, traffic, or return on investment (ROI).

      5. Fees, Invoicing, and Payment Terms

         

          • Payment Terms: Unless otherwise stated in your specific proposal or invoice, all payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date.

          • Off-Site Payments: We do not process payments directly on our Website. All billing is handled off-site via formal invoices.

          • Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend Services or withhold deliverables if invoices are not paid on time. We also reserve the right to charge statutory interest on late commercial payments under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
